Measure with String or Paper

Wrap around finger
Wrap the strip around the base of your finger, ensuring it passes over the knuckle comfortably.
Mark the overlap
Mark where the paper/string overlaps with a pen.
Measure the length
Lay the strip flat and measure from the end to the mark in millimeters.

Measure the inside diameter
Using a ruler, measure the inside diameter of the ring (the widest point across the inside).
